Best Creative Services Jobs

It’s fitting that our No. 1 creative services job would be a PR specialist, because these communication experts are usually outgoing individuals who’ve mastered generating good publicity. Public relations professionals also receive one of the highest job satisfaction scores of any of our Best Jobs.

Satisfaction: MEDIUM

Architects require vivid imaginations, an appreciation for detail, and exemplary communications skills. But this profession made our list of the Best Creative Services Jobs for none of these reasons. Instead, it’s this position’s projected job growth and comfortable salary.

Unemployment: 9.5%
Median Salary: $58,840
Satisfaction: MEDIUM

Arguably the most “creative” profession on this list, an artist and designer interprets his or her vision through sculpture, graphic design, illustration, ceramics, photographs, and more. And though finding a well-paying job as an artist can be tough, the best-paid made north of $160,000 in 2010.
