Fund Description

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the NYSE Arca Steel Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks and American depositary receipts ("ADRs") of companies involved in the steel industry. Such companies may include medium-capitalization companies and foreign issuers. As of December 31, 2012, the Steel Index included 26 securities of companies with a market capitalization range of between approximately $242 million and $82.0 billion and a weighted average market capitalization of $25.7 billion. It is non-diversified.
