Fund Description

The investment seeks long-term total return from capital appreciation and income. The Sub-Advisor will invest the fund's portfolio in securities that provide diversified exposure to the three primary asset classes (i.e., stocks, bonds and commodities) across a wide range of economic sectors. In seeking its objective, it may invest in U.S. and foreign equity securities, including common and preferred stock, ADRs, high quality corporate debt securities (rated BBB or higher), affiliated and unaffiliated ETFs, ETNs, and cash and cash equivalents. The fund may invest in securities of any capitalization range and in any market sector at any time as necessary.
