Fund Description

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund is a "fund of funds," which means that the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in shares of other exchange-traded funds ("underlying ETFs"). It normally will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in shares of equity underlying ETFs. The 80% investment requirement applies at the time the fund invests its assets.
