Fund Description

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors® Renminbi Bond Index (the "Renminbi Bond Index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The Renminbi Bond Index is comprised of fixed-rate, Chinese Renminbi ("RMB")-denominated bonds that are available to market participants outside of mainland People's Republic of China ("China" or the "PRC") issued by Chinese or non- Chinese corporate, governmental, quasi-governmental or supranational issuers ("RMB Bonds"). It is non-diversified.
