The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Global 1200 Consumer Staples Sector IndexTM. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the index. The index includes companies in the following industries: manufacturers and distributors of food, producers of non-durable household goods, and food and drug retailers. The fund is non-diversified.
