Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Dynamic Food & Beverage IntellidexSM Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks of food and beverage companies that comprise the underlying intellidex. The underlying intellidex was composed of common stocks of 30 U.S. food and beverage companies. These companies are engaged principally in the manufacture, sale or distribution of food and beverage products, agricultural products and products related to the development of new food technologies. It is non-diversified.
