Fund Description

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index Consumer Discretionary Total Return. The fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets in the equity securities included in the underlying index. The underlying index is an unmanaged equal weighted version of the S&P 500 Consumer Discretionary Index that consists of the common stocks of the following industries: automobiles and components, consumer durables, apparel, hotels, restaurants, leisure, media and retailing that comprise the Consumer Discretionary sector of the S&P 500 Index. It is non-diversified.
