Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Dynamic Consumer Discretionary Sector IntellidexSM Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks of consumer discretionary companies that comprise the underlying intellidex. The underlying intellidex was comprised of common stocks of 60 U.S. consumer discretionary companies. These companies are principally engaged in the businesses of providing consumer goods and services that are cyclical in nature, including retail, automotive, leisure and recreation, media and real estate goods and services.
