Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Dynamic Retail IntellidexSM Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks of retail companies that comprise the underlying intellidex. The underlying intellidex was composed of common stocks of 30 U.S. retailers. These companies are engaged principally in operating general merchandise stores such as department stores, discount stores, warehouse clubs and superstores; specialty stores, including apparel, electronics, accessories and footwear stores, etc. It is non-diversified.
