Fund Description

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of The BofA Merrill Lynch Broad Latin America Bond Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The LatAm Index is comprised of debt securities issued by Latin American issuers. The LatAm Index includes both investment grade and below investment grade rated securities. Rule 144A securities, both those with and without registration rights, are included in the LatAm Index. The fund is non-diversified.
