Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Emerging Markets Latin America Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure the equity market performance of emerging markets in Latin America. As of June 30, 2012, the underlying index consisted of issuers in the following five emerging market countries: Brazil, Chilé, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. The fund is non-diversified.
