Fund Description

The investment seeks to provide total return that closely corresponds, before fees and expenses, to the total return of The BofA Merrill Lynch Diversified Germany Bond IndexSM. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in the component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index tracks the performance of large, Euro ("EUR")-denominated investment grade debt instruments of German issuers publicly issued in the eurobond or Euro member domestic markets, including sovereign, quasi-government, corporate, securitized and collateralized securities. It is non-diversified.
