Fund Description

The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to three times (3x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. FinancialsSM Index. The fund invests in securities and derivatives that Pro-Share Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as three times (3x) the daily return of the index. The index measures the performance of the financial services sector of the U.S. equity market. It is non-diversified.
