Fund Description
The investment seeks to track the performance of the Zacks 2020 Lifecycle Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities (the "Component Securities") of the underlying index, depositary receipts representing Component Securities and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the Component Securities of the underlying index.
