Fund Description

The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Zacks 2040 Lifecycle Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities (the "Component Securities") of the underlying index, depositary receipts representing Component Securities and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the Component Securities of the underlying index.
