The fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI ACWI Minimum Volatility (USD) Index (the "underlying index"). BFA uses a "passive" or indexing approach to try to achieve the fund's investment objective. It generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
