Fund Description

The investment seeks investment returns that closely correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE ESG Index. The fund invests at least 80% of total assets in the component securities of the index and in Depositary Receipts representing the securities in the index. It also may invest up to 20% of total assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, and stocks not included in the index, but which the fund’s investment adviser believes will help the fund track the price and yield performance of the index. The fund is non-diversified.
