The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Dorsey Wright® Developed Markets Technical Leaders Index (the "underlying index").
The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in equity securities from countries with developed economies that are within Dorsey Wright & Associates' ("Dorsey Wright" or the "Index Provider") classification definition, and that comprise the underlying index, as well as American depositary receipts ("ADRs") and global depositary receipts ("GDRs") that are based on the securities in the underlying index.
