Fund Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Target Date 2020 Index. The fund is a fund of funds and seeks its investment objective by investing primarily in the securities of other iShares funds. It generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to represent asset allocations for investors with a target retirement horizon on or around 2020. The fund invests approximately 60.88% of its assets in equity funds, 39.05% of its assets in bond funds and the remainder of its assets in money market funds.
