Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the NASDAQ Buyback Achievers Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. To qualify for the universe of "BuyBack AchieversTM," an issuer must have repurchased at least 5% of its outstanding shares during the trailing 12 months ended December 31 and have a minimum average daily cash volume of $500,000 for the December and November prior to each reconstitution date. It is non-diversified.
