Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dow Jones Emerging Markets Select Dividend Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of a group of equity securities issued by companies in emerging market countries that have provided relatively high dividend yields on a consistent basis over time. The fund is non-diversified.
