Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the NASDAQ Dividend Achievers 50 Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks of companies that have a consistent record of dividend increases and that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, Mergent®, Inc. includes stock in the underlying index, principally on the basis of dividend yield and consistent growth in dividends. The underlying index was composed of 50 companies.
