The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield (before fees and expenses) of The BofA Merrill Lynch Core Plus Fixed Rate Preferred Securities Index (the "underlying index").
The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in fixed rate U.S. dollar-denominated preferred securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is a market capitalization-weighted index designed to reflect the total return performance of the fixed rate U.S. dollar-denominated preferred securities market. It is non-diversified.
