Fund Description

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Dividend Index. The fund employs a "passive management" - or indexing - investment approach designed to track the performance of the Wisdom Tree Dividend Index. It attempts to invest all, or substantially all of its assets in the stocks that make up the index. The fund normally invests at least 95% of total assets in the component securities of the index. The WisdomTree Dividend Index is a fundamentally-weighted index that defines the dividend-paying portion of the U.S. stock market. The fund is non-diversified.
