Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Real Estate ex-U.S. Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the stock performance of companies engaged in the ownership and development of real estate markets in developed countries (except for the United States) as defined by FTSE EPRA/NAREIT.
