Fund Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Composite 1500® (the "underlying index").
The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index comprises the S&P 500®, S&P MidCap 400® and S&P SmallCap 600®, which together represent approximately 92% of the total U.S. equity market as of March 31, 2012.
