Fund Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500® (the "underlying index").
The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of the large-capitalization sector of the U.S. equity market. As of March 31, 2012, the underlying index included approximately 76% of the market capitalization of all publicly-traded U.S. equity securities.
