Fund Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI USA Index (the "underlying index").
The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index is a market capitalization-weighted index designed to measure the performance of equity securities in the top 85% by market capitalization of equity securities listed on stock exchanges in the United States. The fund is non-diversified.
