Fund Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Russell 3000 Index (the "underlying index").
The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of the broad U.S. equity market. As of March 31, 2012, the underlying index included issuers representing approximately 98% of the total market capitalization of all publicly-traded U.S.-domiciled equity securities.
