Fund Description

The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Russell 3000® Index. The fund invests in securities and derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as two times (2x) the daily return of the index. The index offers investors access to the broad U.S. equity universe representing approximately 98% of the U.S. market. The index is designed to be a comprehensive representation of the investable U.S. equity market and its segments. The fund is non-diversified.
