Fund Description

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks a broad universe of exchange traded U.S. equity securities. In seeking to track the performance of the Russell 3000 Index (the "index"), the fund employs a sampling strategy, which means that the fund is not required to purchase all of the securities represented in the index. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index measures the performance of the largest 3,000 U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
