Fund Description

The investment seeks to correspond as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield performance of the Russell MidCap® Equal Weight Index Total Return. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities included in the underlying index. It may hold up to 20% of its assets in securities not included in the underlying index. The Russell MidCap® Index is a subset of the Russell 1000® Index and includes approximately 800 of the smallest securities within the Russell 1000® Index based on a combination of market capitalization and current index membership. The fund is non-diversified.
