Fund Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Morningstar Mid Core Index (the "underlying index").
The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of stocks issued by mid-capitalization companies that have exhibited average "growth" and "value" characteristics as determined by Morningstar, Inc.'s ("Morningstar") proprietary index methodology.
