The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the RBS US MidCap Trendpilot index (USD). The index utilizes a systematic trend-following strategy to provide exposure to either the S&P MidCap 400 Total Return Index in positive trending markets or the yield on a hypothetical investment in 3-month U.S. Treasury bills in negative trending markets.
