Fund Description

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the mid capitalization segment of global markets outside the United States. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. between USD2 Billion and USD5 Billion Index. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on securities comprising the index.
