Fund Description

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Barclay Capital AMT-Free Long Continuous Municipal index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in fixed income securities that comprise the Long Index. The Long Index is comprised of publicly traded municipal bonds that cover the U.S. dollar denominated long-term tax-exempt bond market. It may concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to the extent that the Long Index concentrates in an industry or group of industries. The fund is non-diversified.
