Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Global Clean Energy IndexTM (the "underlying index"). The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to track the performance of approximately 30 of what is expected to be the most liquid and tradable securities of global companies involved in clean energy related businesses. The fund is non-diversified.
