Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Index. The fund normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index is modified market cap weighted based on free float market capitalization and tracks the performance of listed real estate companies or real estate investment trusts ("REITs") in North America, Europe and Asia. The fund is non-diversified.
