Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the NASDAQ Technology Dividend Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the common stocks and/or depositary receipts included in the index. The index is owned and was developed by NASDAQ(R) (the "Index Provider"). The index is calculated and maintained by the index Provider. The index includes up to 100 Technology and Telecommunications companies that pay a regular or common dividend. The fund is non-diversified.
