Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Dynamic Semiconductors IntellidexSM Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks of semiconductor companies that comprise the underlying intellidex. The underlying intellidex was composed of common stocks of 30 U.S. semiconductors companies. These companies are engaged principally in the manufacture of semiconductors. It is non-diversified.
