Fund Description

The investment seeks to correspond as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield performance of the Russell 2000® Equal Weight Index Total Return. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the underlying index. It may hold up to 20% of its assets in securities not included in the underlying index. The Russell 2000® Index is composed of the 2,000 smallest companies in the Russell 3000® Index, representing approximately 10% of the Russell 3000® total market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified.
