Fund Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE Small Cap Index (the "underlying index").
The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index represents the small-cap segment of the MSCI EAFE Index. As of June 30, 2012, the underlying index consisted of the following 22 developed market country indexes or regions.
