Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the CBOE VIX Tail Hedge Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks and call options included in the index. It attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the index. The index is composed of each of the equity securities comprising the S&P 500 and a call option position on the Chicago Board Options Exchange Market Volatility Index. The fund is non-diversified.
