Fund Description

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S&P MidCap 400 Pure Value Index Total Return. The fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the underlying index. The underlying index is narrow in focus, containing only those S&P MidCap 400 companies with strong value characteristics as selected by S&P. It may hold up to 10% of its assets in securities not included in the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
