Fund Description

The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the RAFI® fundamental Large Value Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the component securities that compose the underlying index. It generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of "fundamentally large" companies. The fund considers "fundamentally large" companies to be those companies that comprise the underlying index. It is non-diversified.
