Fund Description

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the performance of large capitalization exchange traded U.S. equity securities exhibiting "value" characteristics. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the S&P 500 Value Index. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index measures the performance of the large-capitalization value sector in the U.S. equity market. The fund is non-diversified.
