The investment seeks high total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 70% of its assets in equity securities. Its non-U.S. equity investments, which will consist generally of American Depositary Receipts but may include direct foreign investments as well, will be limited to 10% of the equity portion.
