The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in a combination of income producing floating rate loans and other floating rate debt securities and high yield corporate bonds. It may not invest more than 20% of total assets in unsecured high yield corporate bonds. The fund invests primarily in senior floating rate loans of domestic and foreign borrowers and secondarily in high yield, high risk corporate bonds.
