Summary
The investment seeks to provide as high a level of current income as is consistent with the preservation of capital. The fund's principal investment strategy is investing in senior secured floating rate loans. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in such securities. It may also purchase both investment grade and high yield fixed income securities and money market instruments, although the fund may not invest more than 10% of its total assets in high yield fixed income securities. The fund is non-diversified.
